In 2010 the first prototype of RAQUEST was developed, enabling banks to reclaim withholding taxes digitally for the first time. A small team works day and night on the product and puts heart, soul and countless working hours into its development.

The next few years will reveal how much the industry has been waiting for such solution. After the initial launch of RAQUEST, a large, international transaction bank became enthusiastic about the solution - and many others followed. Today, RAQUEST is the market-leading B2B software for withholding tax processing. From a handful of employees the company has grown into a large team with people from more than 10 nations. The founding team is still involved in the company and keeps the initial spirit alive with a lot of passion for innovation.

The RAQUEST software launches at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg as a pilot customer after two years of development.
Beyond borders
DZ PRIVATBANK Luxembourg is the first foreign bank choosing RAQUEST to reclaim withholding tax.
Further development
In addition to the standard refund claim, the range of functions and features is extended by the module for automated relief at source.
New Paths
RAQUEST GmbH is spun off from the Halvotec Group and acquires FiveT, a new partner at its side.
Withholding Tax Forum
With the Withholding Tax Forum in Frankfurt, the RAQUEST team establishes an exclusive platform for the financial industry.
